As the Christmas celebration was winding down and New Year's was approaching. Collin and I took a little weekend trip to celebrate. Dennis and Regina invited us to go with them to their cabin and we agreed.
We left Friday about 11 and arrived about 2, unloaded the car and settled in a bit. Later we drove to Mountain Home for a while and had dinner at El Chico's. It was great. Saturday morning we headed to Springfield, MO where we spent the day at Bass Pro and a variety of other stores as well as the Mall. We had lunch at Red Lobster. Sunday we rested a little, packed up and headed home around 1:00.

We had a great time taking a few days to unwind and prepare for the returning routine of work. Now let's see, when will we get another day off?
